Your customers already wrote the roadmap. It's buried in 40,000 tickets.
Palarel reads every support ticket, sales call note, review, and NPS verbatim, clusters them into themes, and prices each theme in ARR at stake. Then it files the evidence in the tool where your roadmap actually lives.
Read-only connections. First themes within 24 hours of connecting a source.
Top themes
Last 90 days · all sourcesFeedback items a typical 300-person B2B software company generates in a year across support, sales, reviews, and surveys.
Churned accounts raise their deciding issue in a ticket, a call, or a survey months before the renewal conversation.
Time product managers report spending hunting through tools for evidence to settle a single prioritization debate.
Roadmap debates end fast when someone brings the numbers.
Right now the loudest anecdote wins. Palarel replaces it with counted mentions, named accounts, and the ARR attached to each of them.
One corpus, every source
Zendesk and Intercom tickets. Call notes from your CRM. App Store, Google Play, and G2 reviews. NPS verbatims and community threads. Palarel ingests all of it continuously, deduplicates, and links every item back to the account that said it.
Themes with a price tag
Every cluster carries three numbers: how many times it came up, which accounts asked and what they pay you, and whether it's growing. "214 mentions, $1.2M ARR, up 40% QoQ" is a very different conversation than "customers keep complaining about exports."
Evidence in your roadmap tool
Insights land as Linear or Jira issues with the verbatims attached, or export straight to Productboard. When an engineer asks "who actually wants this," the answer is already in the ticket, with names and quotes.
From scattered feedback to a ranked list in three steps.
No taxonomy to design up front. No tagging homework for your support team.
Connect your sources
OAuth into Zendesk, Intercom, your CRM, and review platforms in about ten minutes. All connections are read-only. Palarel backfills the last 12 months, so you start with history, not a blank page.
Themes emerge, weighted by revenue
Clustering runs on the full corpus and matches each item to an account. Themes rank by frequency, ARR at stake, and trend, so a request from 12 enterprise accounts outranks 40 drive-by mentions.
Insights land where you plan
Push a theme to Linear or Jira with its evidence attached, or export to Productboard. When priorities shift next quarter, the trail from customer quote to shipped feature is still there.
Pricing that scales with your feedback, not your headcount.
Every plan includes unlimited viewers. Early access customers lock their rate for 24 months.

Questions we get asked, answered plainly.
How accurate is the clustering?
In our pilot corpora, above 90% of items land in a theme a PM agrees with on review, and every assignment is inspectable: click any theme and read the exact verbatims inside it. You can split, merge, or rename themes, and Palarel learns from those corrections. We would rather show you a confidence score and the underlying quotes than ask you to trust a black box.
How do you handle PII in feedback?
Emails, phone numbers, and names are detected and redacted at ingestion, before anything reaches the clustering pipeline. Raw source data stays in your tools; we store the redacted text plus metadata. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete an account's data, or everything, at any time. Enterprise plans add custom redaction policies and data residency options.
How does revenue weighting actually work?
Palarel matches each feedback item to an account using the email domain and your CRM records, then sums the ARR of every account inside a theme. If your CRM has ARR on the account object, it works out of the box. If not, we can read a custom field or a CSV of account values.
Which tools do you integrate with today?
Ingestion: Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce and HubSpot notes, the Apple App Store, Google Play, G2, NPS platforms via CSV or webhook, and community forums via RSS. Output: Linear, Jira, Productboard export, plus a weekly digest to Slack or email. Missing one you need? Tell us, connectors are what we build fastest.
You're pre-launch. What does early access mean in practice?
It means you get the product now, a direct line to the founders, and pricing locked for 24 months. It also means we will occasionally ship something rough and fix it within days. We are onboarding a small number of teams deliberately, so setup is done with us on a call, not from a docs page.
The next churn postmortem doesn't have to say "the signals were all there."
Connect a source, and within 24 hours you'll see your top themes ranked by mentions, ARR, and trend. If nothing surprises you, we'll be shocked.
